Malware "call 888 204-7932"

Hello Brian,
What you’re describing is most likely just a generic Tech Support Scam page. These malicious webpages don’t actually download any file based malware, they just lock up your browser with an onboard script that reloads the fake alert dialog every time you click on the OK button in order to close it. So if you just end the browser process with Task Manager (Right click on Date and time from System right bottom corner tray and select start Task manager ), and then go directly to your home page when you restart Internet Explorer/Google chrome, the page won’t be reloaded, and neither will the malicious script and you shouldn’t have any more problems with it. If the issue still persist, please reset your both browsers (https://www.howtogeek.com/171924/how-to-reset-your-web-browser-to-its-default-settings/) and reboot your computer once.
Best regards,
Alok.

When I'm online the following window pops up tell me I have virus and that I must call Microsoft at once or my computer will be disabled. The browser is then locked up, can't delete this message or move to any other web site.  Does this on both explorer or chrome

A scan afterwards does no good.
