Malware detected in partition

AVG detected malware in the system partition of my phone. I can't uninstall it and I can't deactivate it. I tried to do it in safe mode as well. 

I ran scans through Malwarebytes, McAfee and Kaspersky and none of them detected any malware. 

What should I do? Thanks
