My excel files on my memory stick were quarantined because of malware detection, how do I repair these files?

Initially, please clarify whether you've screenshot of the threat notification from AVG. If so, please share it with us for better clarity.
If not, you can also share us the screenshot of the page that shows the quarantined files.
Meanwhile, you can try restoring the files from quarantine to your computer & then move it to the memory stick, if you believe that they're legit.
