Malware in the diverse engine

My AVG scan found an issue that 'needs to be resolved' - malware in the diverse engine. Unfortunately, I couldn't disable it, so it remains unresolved. Grateful for any suggestions/help. Thanks.

Weird - as I was preparing my screenshot(s) to send to you, after around 6 deep scans confirming the threat, almost exactly 24 hours after it was found, it was 'gone' ('no threats found')! Is it possible there's a lag in the scan findings (unlikely I would have thought)  or that thealware was temporary?
