Malware issue - AVG can't resolve

I am using the free version of AVG Antivirus. It recently found malware on my Mac (see screenshot https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UXaC3zbFcbkonCAnVw81X5pDGZBc4WaA/view?usp=sharing). When I click on "resolve selected," it says "protecting you from the threat" for a few seconds (see screenshot https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hDC0Xc3SOg32yE_VwwemOsoFiP0JxENF/view?usp=sharing), but then nothing happens, and it still shows the same information as on screenshot 1.

I have tried uninstalling AVG and reinstalling it again, but it doesn't help. Can you please help me neutralize the threat?
