My AVG Internet Security say´s I´m protected but with SpyHunter 5 I detect a Grozlex.A malware in my PC.
Could AVG Internet Security detect and clean this malware?

Thanks for sharing us the screenshot.
As the results page of SpyHunter doesn't show the file path of the detected file, we request you to manually locate KMService.exe on F drive.
In case, if you are unable to locate this file then we request you to ignore it as it shows a false detection.
And it is not suggested to have 2 Antivirus programs on the same PC as it will conflict each other.
Hence we request you to uninstall SpyHunter from your PC.

KMService.exe is a pirate activator for MS Office. You must have MS office installed on your PC that has used the pirate KMS management program to tamper with Windows key management service. We'd request to visit https://www.virustotal.com/, upload this file and share us a screenshot of the results.
