This scan was done with AVG Antivirus Pro for Android im gonna see about reinstalling the OS anyone have any suggestions

From what I have found so far I'm wondering if it could possibly be false positives but its saying that it has infected my android on the system level most of what has been infected are hidden files built into the android OS on the phone I have scanned it with other Antivirus software and it doesn't show up I will try to see if I can reinstall the OS today if it will get rid of the problem
