Malware on Android phone

I have done a scan on my phone it is showing malware in the system files I can force stop it but there is no option to remove it or to be able to view the code to see how or who put it there could this be a false positive flagged by AVG I have tried other anti malware software and virus scans they come up clean but the fact I see trackers and a RAT on my phone anybody else ran into this problem
