Hi - I inadvertantly opened a popup thinking it was AVG and was nearly scammed, but becuause I gave away my phone numbers the scammers took over my laptop…I am having real problems not only re contacting AVG which I did once and they did a check and siad I don't have a virus, but the popups are still here and making it very difficult to work. How do I get rid of this malware? PLEASE help
