Malware Threat on a Partition that doesn't exist

I recently clicked on file or folder scan in AVG antivirus. To my surprise it reported that i had threats in partition D . However partition D does not exist in my system. Its showing D:\sOFTWARE\kali-linux-2020.2-installer-amd… . How can this be possible?
