Malware warning on AVG Antivirus

After doing a scan on my Moto E2 phone running Android 6,  AVG Antivirus identified the file JavaTcmdHelper as malware. I did a factory reset. After doing this, I checked the files on my phone. JavaTcmdHelper was still listed as a system file. I then reinstalled AVG Antivirus. A scan still identified the file as malware.

Surely, any file downloaded during a factory reset, must be a legitimate part of the operating system, and its flagging as malware is a false positive?
The status of this file is widely discussed on the internet, and a Google search
shows that it was discussed on the AVG Forum in December 2016. Thank you.
