Not sure if this is a real threat or not if it is how do I disable it.

Please clear the cached data of your AVG Antivirus program, restart your device once and check if the issue persists.
Follow the below steps to clear the cached data of your AVG Antivirus program:
Open device Settings > Apps/Application Management > AVG Antivirus > Tap Storage > Clear cache.

I has this issue as well and was able to get it resolved. Have you made sure that the most recent update has been done to your AVG app? A new update was made available only a couple hours ago to resolve this issue. You can check by going to Settings, Updates. Once the new virus definition is updated, it shouldn't have that warning.

However, as we mentioned our previous post, this was a false detection made by AVG and it has already been disabled.
We request you initiate a new scan in your AVG Antivirus and check if the issue resurfaces.
