Managing Devices using subscription

Thank you for writing back to us, Suzanne.
Unfortunately, we don't have an option to check which devices are accessing your AVG subscriptions.
For example, If your subscription is valid for 10 devices and you are using it on only 5 devices, you can still use your subscription on the remaining 5 devices. AVG won't calculate the device count that is not in use. We request you to kindly ignore the device count that's visible under your account or check the device count after 30 days.
Thank you.

Hello Suzanne,

You can uninstall AVG applications from your old devices and then install it on your new devices.
You can install your AVG Ultimate Multi-Device subscription on Windows, Mac, Android and iOS devices.
Thank you.

I have a subscription for 10 devices but I can't see where I can manage those devices.  I need to remove the subscription off old devices so it can be added to new devices instead.

Thank you, what happens if a device is lost.  Is there a way to go in online and cancel the subscription on devices you no longer have access to?  My account is telling me my subscription is active on 10 of 10 devices but I don't have that many devices and I have no way to know what devices these are active on.  Is there a way to see a list of devices?
