Manual Feed of Canon PRO-300 printer not responding

Hello Donald,
Thank you for contacting AVG Community Support.
We are sorry to know that.
We'd like to clarify that AVG for Mac don't have firewall and AVG will not block printer in Mac.
May I confirm whether you have disabled AVG Internet Security and checked the issue?
Awaiting your response.

Dear Community
After quite some surfing it looks like AVG is the source of the problem mentioned in the Topic. Earlier Q&A (2017) suggested to change the Firewall settings. But it is unclear to me how to do this. I have an iMac and macOS Ventura 13.0.1 running. What to do??
Hope there is a solution somewhere!
Cheers, Donald

Hi Lathika, no not yet. I understand that on a Mac you cannot disable AVG. I hesitate to uninstall it completely. If the latter is required, what is the best way to proceed??
Kind Regards, Donald
