Massive internet speed drop after running tune up

Please open your AVG TuneUp and awake all the programs that were put to sleep.
Also, undo any changes made by AVG TuneUp from the rescue center.

Hi,
    Title says it all. I foolishly ran Tune Up today, which deleted a lot of stuff I didnt want deleted, but the main thing is that now my connection speeds dropped from 41Mbps to 1 or 2. I have to use a wifi dongle but its never caused any problems until now. Ive tried re-installing realtek drivers but that failed.
 This is not an isp problem, as my laptop, phone and tablet all achieve the full 41Mbps.
