2 - You have debited me from 29.99 euros on my account on 10/02/2017 for the update of TuneUp, except every time I restart my computer, I have a message that tells me that my software Is no longer active. What to do ??

1 - Je ne parle pas anglais.(il y a des traducteurs pour voir le contenu)
2 - Vous m'avez débité de 29,99 euros sur mon compte le 10/02/2017 pour la mise à jour de TuneUp, hors chaque fois que je relance mon ordinateur, j'ai un message qui m'indique que mon logiciel n'est plus activé.  Que faire ??
