Hola, ingenuamente ante el ostigamiento de AVG accedi a la prueba de 60 dias SIN COSTOS!
Cuando veo el resumen de la tarjeta prepaga hay un descuento de 25 pesos (AR)
Alguien me puede ayudar, ya que los medios de comunicacion con la empresa AVG no existen para español o estan muy bien guardado en algun lugra de su pagina.

The charge is not for AVG. If it is for AVG, we would have proceed further on this matter.
We can only confirm that the charge is not for AVG.
Please email Digital River explaining that we confirmed that no charge was taken for AVG and provide the screenshot of bank statement that shows AR25 taken by digital river.
They will get few information from your end and investigate further.

The support is available only in English.

I understand that you were charged for the automatic renewal of AVG Internet Security Unlimited trial subscription.

I have checked your account and see that you have not charged anything yet. You will be charged at the end of trial subscription.

If you wish, I can cancel the automatic renewal, so you will not be charged by AVG automatically in the future.

You can continue to use the trial subscription till it gets expire.
