AVG staff got back to me quickly, telling me to RESET my Edge browser and that seems to have worked. What's NOT working well is this site. I usually get caught in a loop where after logging in, I come here and it shows I'm NOT logged in. After about the 5th try, it let me post this.

I saw you asked someone for a screen shot. I have one, how do I get it to you? It's the same as the other user, every 3 or so minutes. Beyond annoying and I scanned to the deepest level including fresh boot scan and even used your competitors.
It actually shows again that I'm NOT logged in but it let me post. Very strange.

Having been asked again by the support people to provide a URL (which I have explained I don't have because it is trying to be accessed by something I do not know about) I decided to forget their assistance and try my own solution. I went into Chrome settings and used the settings options to allow me to delete history and cookies and that seems to have worked. I have had no messages for about 24 hours.
So if you are still going around in circles with the help desk try this, it may be quicker and more productive.
