The message is all that occurs, the program does not start.
Starting a program brings up this message:
terminal.exe
A debugger has been found running in your system, Please, unload it from memory and restart your program.

Thank you for the information, Mervyn. I believe it is a Beta version of Win 10 you are using. Please note that Beta version will undergo immense testing and new updates will keep adding. So it is not possible to guarantee that an application runs fine on it.
