Menu "Activate" button missing

After "options" the Menu to clic "Activate" does not include that option button?  Needed to activate my two AVG protection programs. AVG Internet Security 2015, and AVG Tune-up 2015. Free AVG is already running, on my Windows 7. Having paid for it, I should get it!
