Merging subscriptions and fix management on account.avg.com

Initially, we'd like to inform you that reseller/retail store bought AVG subscriptions will not be visible under your AVG My account.
Secondly, as per your request, we've merged both your AVG Ultimate (Multi-Device) subscriptions into one AVG Ultimate (Multi-Device) subscription.
Your AVG Ultimate (Multi-Device) subscription is now valid till July 4, 2024.
We'd recommend that you reactivate your AVG programs, so that the newly updated expiration date reflects in the programs.

I have recently purchased the ultimate subscription. I also had another existing AVG subscription with a severals months remaining, is there a way to merge these ? and how ? because I can't see any subscriptions on account.avg.com
