By accident I now have two accounts with AVG with multiple subscriptions. What can I do two merge these 2 in one account? Thank you for your advice.
Hello, I have the same issue and had it before. Couple of years back purchased additional AVG products, though through already installed app, it created a new account for me. It appears that the new purchase was linked to my Paypal email (new acccount) rather than my existing AVG account. Back then I contacted customer support and they helped me to merge the two accounts. Today I just encountered the same issue and can’t get ahold of AVG unless I make a paid for international call. I’m dissapointed.
