I renewed my AVG Internet Security - Unlimited in August 2017 and now it says I have not renewed it. I havae spent the last hour trying to get some idea by going to the site, but am dumbfounded by seeing take me aaround in circles and it has not inspired confidence in any way off a firm that it interested in getting over troubles. Can anyone help me. The pop=up that indicates you to renew has a "activate now", but it does not do anything. I am confused and a bit annoyed that a simple thing can take so much of my time to get to the point.
