I received an email [non-repliable] today that DID NOT answer the question. In fact, I realised that the program had become corrupt on that particular pc! I'm sure Windows didn't attack it. Anyway, I downloaded AVG I S and Reinstalled. After reboot, it was O.K. It's a shame, considering what you charge for this service,that there isn't some remedial action instead of the Users having to work things out for themselves…
