How do I get rid of this annoying large white message box advertising "Fix common PC problems"?  It's been here since AVG updated today to ver 2015.0.6037).  It really looks like a sleazy scam message.

I've tried going into Appearance/Notifications and disabling all tray notifications.  The message disappears briefly, then is restored when I reboot.

This is not amusing.  How do I kill it?
