When I pulled up a document in Microsoft, I got a message that said: We've just protected your file!
WINWORD…is trying to change of delete the file… in your protected Documents folder.
What would you like to do?
BLOCK APP ALLOW APP
I am not sure which one I need to pick, not sure if it means that block app means don't protect the file or what. I want the file to be protected.

Since it is a Microsoft application we suggest you to go with "ALLOW APP" as it is completely trustworthy.
