Message "Please connect to the internet to use your VPN" Can't connect to VPN

Hello Again, 

I resolved my issue. It had to do with my Router's Firewall configuration. It was set to High, so I brought it down one notch to Low. This also helped my internet speeds and ping while gaming.

Tengo el mismo problema. Al intentar activar la VPN recibo el mensaje "Está desconectado. Debe conectarse a Internet para usar la VPN". Todo esto ocurre mientras estoy conectado a Internet. Intenté desinstalando y reinstalando la aplicación, conectarla, desconectarla y volver a conectar, reiniciar el router, pero nada funciona. Funcionó durante un breve lapso cuando realizé la primera instalación, pero luego ya no. Por favor necesito una solución. Desde muchas gracias.

I have the same problem. When trying to activate the VPN I get a message like "You are offline. You must connect to the Internet to use the VPN." All this happens while I am connected to the Internet. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, connecting, disconnecting and reconnecting, restarting the router, but nothing works. It worked for a short time when I did the first install, but then not anymore. Please I need a solution. Thank you very much.

I get a message "Please connect to the internet to use your VPN" and I am connected to the Internet. I tried repairing, then uninstalling, reinstalling, restarting, resetting the router, restoring to an earlier restore point and nothing works. It was working fine in the morning then stopped in the afternoon, no new installs were made.

Tout fonctionnait bien le matin et l'aprem-midi , quand je tente une connexion , le VPN m'indique que je ne suis pas connecter. Or je suis bien connecter et je peux effectuer des recherches sur internet. J'ai desinstaller bon nombre de fois l'application et reinstaller mais rien ne va… Puis-je avoir de l'aide svp ?

Hi, I have noticed there are a number of us with the same problem. I have restarted my computer as well, changed the VPN to three different locations all while my internet connection is on.

The VPN has attempted to connect multiple times without success.

J'ai le meme probleme. Depuis ce matin tout fonctionnait bien et arrivé à l'apres midi, quand je tente une connexion, le VPN m'indique que je ne suis pas connecter "hors ligne". Or je suis bel et bien connecter à internet et je peux effectuer des recherches. J'aimerais beaucoup avoir de l'aide avec un probleme si soudain s'il vous plait. Merci enormement.
