I've got the same problem. Always when I start a search in Google in the AVG- or Chrome-browser I get the same message (see topic). I always see the same answer from Veeramani Sivakumar (Avast) but nowhere the solution for the problem.
I hope I will get it now.

Peter, since this issue only occurred with chrome browser, I'd recommend you to reset the chrome browser, repair the AVG Internet Security program once, restart your computer and check the status.

Is than the AVG-Browser and Chrome the same?
It only occurs with the AVG- and Chrome-Browser. Not with Microsoft Edge.
About your advice: does that not stop the security scan for the web sites you put in there?

AVG Secure Browser and Google chrome are not same browser. AVG Secure Browser can be downloaded from AVG website. Google chrome can be downloaded from Microsoft site. Thank you.
