Keep getting message that AVG Process has Failed  "avguix.exe

I understand the inconvenience. I would request you to follow the steps in this article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-troubleshoot-issues-after-upgrade-to-the-latest-AVG-antivirus-product to reinstall AVG by running AVG Remover and AVG Clear tool.

Note: Run AVG Clear tool first and then AVG Remover.

After uninstalling AVG, please refer this article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-AntiVirus-Internet-Security-or-Premium-Security to reinstall AVG Antivirus.
