Please provide us with more detailed description of your issue as Kenza already requested.
To AVG PC TuneUp popus they are usualy caused by expired trial version using http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/TuneUp_Remover.exe should help.

First and foremost i would like to appologise for the delay and the problems you are having.

I Appreciate how frustrating this is for you and in the interest of a speedy and satisfactory conclusion i have escalated this issue to the AVG Team.

Could i possibly ask you to elaborate on your work PC "Booting you out"? What happens before you get logged out? do you just get logged out or does you PC Restart?

I Look forward to your reply and a speedy conclusion on this issue.

I have and have paid for AVG protection for the next year, credit card has been charged for service, now every time I sign on I get a message for a tune up and all these problems on my pc.  I click to fix and it goes to a buy now screen.  This is driving me crazy, I now can't sign on to my work computer  get booted out.  The security systems are a cluster****.  I want to cancel the whole deal and buy I memory stick you just plug in and clean your computer.
