In a meeting hall using guest WiFi going online. My AVG secure browser VPN keep cutting out, when I would turn it on I would loos access and have to connect to internet again. I beleive Microsoft wanted to do an update at the same time.
Opened a regular email, using the browser link provided jumped to the Creative Memories site to read the neswletter in my browser, used snipping tool to copy some images from this newsletter to a file I created on my desktop. I then posted the images to my FB page and added some comments.
Next day went onto my computer to use my Digital software program and had trouble accessing the content to the program. Got pulled away from this task and did not return to it.
Opened Excel and worked on some spreadsheets no problems.
Shut down for the day.
Did not use my laptop for 1 day.
Went to log in the next day Microsofr pop up asked me to log in to my MS account.
Start screen then looked normal, entered my pin to open desktop and got a black screen.
Reboot did not help.
Used CTL ALT DEL to open task manager, processes were running but could not open any MS content.
Through Task manager I can see my file manager but when looking at ant file folders I get a "file not found" when attempting to link.
