I have run the repair program several times,but still get the same problem of not beening able to open the program.The icon on the task bar is saying I am still protected though.Is there anything else I can try?

I have just had an upgrade for Microsoft Edge,and cannot now open AVG Internet Security.All I get is a blank white box.When I try to run as administrator I got an error message code Oxc00702e4 can anybody advise
