Microsoft Jigsaw

I apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow below steps to check whether it fixes the issue:

1) Open AVG Internet Security dashboard, click on "Menu–>Settings–>Components–>Firewall–>Customize"
2) To the right of "Policies" scroll down to click on "System Rules"
3) Enable the option for "Windows file sharing and printing", "allow remote desktop connection" and the last entry "Enable stealth mode"
4) Below policies, click on "Network Profiles", to the right click on the network connection and change the profile to "Private" if it is set to "Public".

If the issue persists, please disable each component one at a time in AVG and check which one is blocking the program.

Hi, recently updated AVG (have paid version) and now Microsoft jigsaw will not load, have un/reinstalled jigsaw no luck, if AVG is uninstalled jigsaw works perfectly, any ideas/suggestions please? Both solitaire and mah-jong work fine.
