If you suspect that AVG is causing the slowdown, we'd suggest you to temporarily disable AVG protection to check.
To disable : Right click on AVG icon in system tray (near date & time, at bottom right corner) - Click on the toggle bar beside protection to disable it.
Regarding your subscriptions, they needed to installed on each individual device to protect, optimize the corresponding devices.
Something about AVG Internet Security or enhanced Firewall appears to be causing all elements of Microsoft Office 365 on Windows 10 to "Not respond" or be dreadfully slow opening and if they do eventually open they then frequently hang up unresponsive.
I maintain paid up accounts for AVG Internet Security, AVG VPN Security, and AVG Performance Optimisation. Do I really need all three when all my devices are shared on the one home network?
