We're sorry to hear this. Could you please let us know whether you are using the 2017 version of AVG Protection program?
Are you using the Microsoft Outlook 2007 version?

I just perused the AVG control panel, and discovered the anti-spam function was not turned on.  It now appears to work, in that I have an AVG tool bar in my Microsoft Outlook 07.

I was just checking to see if you had found a solution.  It seems AVG is not monitoring anything in Outlook, as the amount of spam has suddenly become overwhelming.

Good morning.  This morning for me, AVG installed a major update, and after restarting, when I opened my Microsoft Office Outlook, the AVG toolbar was missing, and there is no option to show it as their used to be.

Does anyone have any idea what just happened?  This toolbar included a "Mark as Spam" button, etc.
