I am having the same exact issue. My outlook 2010 worked just fine for years and today I upgraded my AVG from free to the paid version and now I cannot even get my email to work. OS is Win7 and I've already disabled the add-in for AVG and restarted outlook and it won't work. I guess if I cannot get Outlook to work with AVG paid version I'll have to get my money back which sucks because I really wanted additional protection. Has there been any resolution found for this issue yet?

We suggest you to install the latest version of AVG Internet Security from this link http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-AntiVirus-Internet-Security-or-Premium-Security. If you still have any issue with the Microsoft Outlook, please do not uninstall AVG instead, we will add this Microsoft Outlook file to AVG exception list and see if that fix the issue. I used the AVG Internet Security link that you included and it worked…Microsoft Outlet 2010 works fine. However I purchased AVG Internet Security and have the license key but when I input that key the software would not accept it so I proceeded on the basis that I was purchasing the software…how can I transfer that license to the new software I downloaded through your link?
