Microsoft outlook once launch detect trojan n malware

It ask me to scan and said safety locked in quarantine. But after scan it detects no threats and the pop up windows of the threat can't be close and keep popping up more n more. How can i get remove this? Should i uninstalled the Microsoft outlook or the whole Microsoft office?
