I need help with the same problem…


Tony Lockwood Microsoft SilverlightI renewed my subscription today,24/1/15 and since I have been unable to watch Sky Go (Error= Silverlight needs permission to run). I have uninstalled Silverlight and reinstalled it with no gain. Can anybody help, please?

I cannot see the FIX ?? please help

I believe that AVG has the most incompetent support site of any major security company on the internet. It has taken me about 30 minutes to get to this stage (That of being able to write a response to YOUR e-mail to me!)
The answer to this problem is nothing to do with AVG - it was mere coincidence that it occurred at the same time time as my renewal. The answer to the 'silverlight' problem is to dum Chrome and use another internet program - I am usind ie11 and  Firefox now and longer have the problem.

Does disabling AVG Help? If so please try disabling single components to see which one is causing it.
