Microsoft Update and now Tune-Up doesnt work

Hi

THank you for your help. I left the Tune Up running all night and it finally completed and I managed to clear some registry issues and it seems to be working ok now. Not sure what caused the problem. Thank you for your help.

Hello Jonathan,

We will certainly look into this for you.
100% optimization depends on your computer architecture and related data, removing some files to make a 100% of optimization will lead to loss of windows operating system temporary files or backup files which might cause issues with your computer. So it is not recommended to remove these files.
May I ask which scan you have performed and does that struck at a particular stage? Share the screenshot of the scan struck page to check and assist further? You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on "Answer" & then click on the "Image" [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

OK the two may not be connected but seems a bit strange. Today my laptop has been running really slowly and Tune up sections only get to about 80% on the activity 'dial' and then sits with the 'scanning' circle twirling on and on with no change. Any thoughts?
