Migration from Norman earlier this month

Followed your instructions. Deleted AVG, downloaded an installed AVG Internet Security and entered the new licencenumber. I am now fully protected again. Thanks for the help!

As for the missing question: AVG refused my logon, so it was obvious the account was deleted. Therefore there was no more question to display. I renamed the email address of a second account in order to regain access and find the original question, but without result. All I can find is the recent
question above. It doesn't matter, the problem is solved! :) Regards ...

As you mentioned that you don't seem to have the account and question, please check if you posted the query in community with the same email address or a different email address. Regarding the Norman Migration, I have sent you email instructions to activate AVG program till November 2017.

Hello. I have two questions:

First: I created an account earlier this month and asked a question. Both account and question seem to have disappeared or deleted. Why?

Two: After (an automated) migration from Norman earlier this month, AVG told me I now have a Trial version. This doesn't seem right. My Norman subscription was valid until October 9, 2017. I now have 7 days left on this Trial version.

How do we solve this?

Ha! Probably visible again after renaming another email account. Still not visible onder "ShowMy Questions", but the link suffices. Thanks for all the help! :slight_smile:
