Ik heb een AVG Internet Security licentie tot 15/09/2021. Ik had ook een AVG PC Tuneup licentie die op 31/01/2018 met 2j verlengd werd tot 31/01/2020, dus nog 14 d geldig.
Omdat er blijkbaar een conflictsituatie was ontstaan tussen die 2 programma's, ben ik op zoek gegaan om dit op te lossen, heb de instructies gevolgd en heb toen ongewild mijn bestaande licentie verlengd met 2j. Dat is betaald via DRI AVG Technologies op 01/10/2019. maar die verlenging is nooit geactiveerd en zou eigenlijk moeten ingaan op 01/02/2020.Ik vind daar niets van terug.
Hoe kan ik via mails een gesprek aangaan? Telefoneren met een nummer in Amerika om dit aan te vechten is zinloos. Maar 59.99€ een 2de maal betalen is ook niet prettig.
