As per our record, you have signed up for AVG TuneUp - Unlimited Devices (60 day) trial on 10th May 2019 and it has auto renewal service enabled.
Are you able to see this trial on your AVG MyAccount?
Hence, the attempts to charge for a 1 year subscription is on process and it seems that PayPal has blocked the payment.

Hi, I have been beating my head off with this, I have been trying to look for an unsbscribe button, I click on subscriptions - as instructed, there is no button. I check on chat support, it's not available. PLEASE HELP!
