I'm in the trial period. I seem to be missing some scheduled scans. Will they run if I am actively using the computer? I have checked "run even if in low power mode" -- does that mean hibernate or sleep? I'm running Windows 8.1 and AVG Internet Security v 16.31.7356.

It is to keep you informed that the scheduled scan's will not be performed if your PC is on the sleep or Hibernate mode. Please make sure that the PC is idle during the time of the scheduled scan and if the scan is not performed on the specified time please try to repair the AVG program using the instructions provided on the article : http://avgread.me/1BVxDSY
