Hi. On Nov. 14. I bought two products, Order No. (Order number removed), but I wanted to cancel both within the cancellation period. I chatted with Thanish. According to the account, both subscriptions have now been cancelled. But I have only received a refund conformation of NOK 240. That is for one of the products. Refund conformation for the other produckt, costing NOK 480, have not been received. Why not?
