Also, if your AVG Secure VPN is enabled, please disable it and check for the issue.

i am using Outlook in Windows 10. For some reason I am missing crucial emails. They are nowhere in junk, archives or other files. They are just not arriving, Sometimes they do arrive from the SAME sender? Someone told me it might be my virus protection. Does anyone with  AVG has this issue and how do we fix it?
