I have AVG premioum program. cost $189.00. AVG called me to report that my computer was being hacked by the Chinese. Offered anmother module of AVG to stop hackers but would cost me an additional $399 to $599 depending on time lenght choises. This turned out to be a heater discussion and while I was taking to Ashly AVG started to get in my computer. I did provide remote access but monies and agreements were being discussed. In summary AVG crashed my PC, deleted files and drivers and not I can't get in except for safe mode. I've lost any ammount of confidence in AVG. Called but they put a recoring to tell me to call later. Later has been all day but the same recording. Anyone received this help?
