Missing Icarus files while installing ultimate version on Win 7

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We will check and help you to resolve it. AVG products can be installed only from Windows 7 service pack 1 and higher operating system. Could you please confirm do you have service pack 1 installed on Windows PC?

Hi, I upgraded from AVG Int. Security to  ultime with VPN, Tuning etc.
Installing the the updates shows an error, missing Icarus files,  Can't find them under Windows 7

Any help appreciated, thanks in advance, Horst
