Finally got Zen to install and go through all the checks to clear my system - yay. BUT, now when I hit the icon, what opens is a blank black page with the green bar at the top… no more option to add device. Is there a way to get to it from the Security page that opens when I open it from taskbar at the bottom? I cant seem to find another route and online help just says to go thru "start - all programs" which again just gives me the black page with a green bar, nothing else.
