On 30 May I bought for 129.48 euro's 2 more years extra VPN. I have evidence from my creditcard company that this money was really sent to AVG. I have the unique code for the transfer. When I call with AVG, nobody knows nothing. They just have to call the creditcard company and they will say it's all right. Why don't you have somewhere an office with financial administration? It feels as if 129.48 has been stolen from me. I didn't expect this from a company as AVG.
