I'm using AVG Internet Security (with Tune-up/Fix Performance) software with Windows 7. I use the Amazon.com website a lot and make frequent purchases from Amazon. My problem is that when I check my orders on Amazon, none of the items show a purchase date. Amazon says there's nothing wrong at their end. I get the same results from every browser. I've tried reinstalling IE 11. Could some optimization I've made through AVG Tune-up be causing this problem? I have no missing data from any other web page from any other site.
I do not say anything about what AVG software does inside another company's website. I am suggesting that Tune-up could make a computer operate more efficiently by changing video features which could make some kinds of graphics invisible on monitors.
